Today there are many types of lights that can be used for different purposes. One of these is the 8 Foot Fluorescent Light Fixture. There are many uses for this light, including general lighting and specialty applications such as accent lighting or task lighting.

8 Ft Fluorescent Light Fixture Led Conversion

The first step in the 8 ft fluorescent light fixture led conversion process is to unscrew the fluorescent light fixture from its place. Next, you will need to cut off the end of your original fluorescent tube and remove it from its socket. You can do this with a pair of wire cutters or tin snips if you have them on hand.

Once this has been done, you will want to take an LED strip and connect it to a male plug adapter as shown below:

The next step is connecting this combination of parts together with some electrical tape or heat shrink tubing so that it won’t short out when installed into your new LED fixture:

The first thing you’ll want to do is measure the length of your fluorescent light fixture. The lumen output of this product will vary based on the length of your fixture, so it’s important that you get an accurate measurement before moving forward.

Next, check the type of fixture you have. If it’s a standard fluorescent tube (like these), then yes! You can convert it into an LED fixture with this product. However, if it’s a T-12 or T-8 bulb style (like these), then no; those types of bulbs are not compatible with this product and won’t work as a conversion kit.

The voltage rating for your existing light fixtures is also essential information when considering whether or not they’ll work with this product—if it’s too high or too low for what is listed here then sorry!
